Max's Ball

On top of a hill, there was abig tree. Under the tree, there was a little dog named Max. Max liked to play with his ball.

He would run and jump all day long. One day, Max’s ball went too far away from him. It rolled down the hill very fast. Max felt sad because he could not find his ball.

He looked at his big tree and saw it was stuck in a bush. Max wanted to get his ball back but did not know how. Max decided to ask his friend, a small bird named Lily, for help. Lily had an idea.

She told Max they should mail the ball to someone who could find it. They walked to the store and gave them some money from their bills. They mailed the letter and found the ball near the tree.
