Timmy's Coin

Deep in the forest, a tinysquirrel named Timmy was out looking for something to eat. He saw a shiny coin on the ground and decided he had never seen anything like it before! Timmy picked up the coin in his tiny paws and held it tightly in his little paws as he ran back home with the coin. Suddenly, Timmy heard a voice from behind him: “Excuse me, those shiny things are mine!” It was a big brown bear.

He said, “Give them to me! These are mine and I can’t have them.” Timmy shook his head. The bear took the coin and threw it away in the trash.

Timmy tried to grab it but he couldn’t find the other shiny things he had found around him. The bear was so angry that he started to chase Timmy! But he managed to escape from a bushy fox. Timmy quickly put the coin down and ran home.

He knew the fox would not be able to get his special treasure.
