playing's Fish

By the river, a friendlyfisherman was sitting by a lake. He saw a little girl playing by the water and he wanted to say hello, so he said “Hello!” The little girl looked up at him with a smile. She asked him, “What are you doing?” “I’m fishing,” replied the friendly fisherman.

He said, “I’m looking for something to do”. The little girl said, “Oh! I think I know how to catch an animal!” The fisherman smiled and said, “That sounds like fun!

What can you do with a fish?” “We should add some food,” the little girl said. She ran off into her house and got a big plate of yummy fish. She brought it back to the fisherman. When she returned, she saw that the fish was gone.

She was very sad, but then something amazing happened! The fish came up from the water, jumped out of the water and went right into her pocket! The little girl laughed and said, “That’s funny! You should keep adding more food to a fishing net!” The fish smiled at her, happy that someone had found its favorite thing.
