Jack's Bird

On top of a hill, there was alittle boy named Jack. He was always so happy and excited to explore the world. Every morning he would go outside and wander around, exploring everyday. One day, Jack noticed a big tree in front of him.

It had lots of leaves and branches that shaped like stars. Jack thought it would be fun to climb it! He carefully climbed up the tree and reached out his hands. The tree was very strong and full of leaves, but Jack kept trying to climb it.

Finally he reached the top, and he felt so proud of himself for being able to reach the top. Suddenly, he noticed a small bird perched on one of the branches. It had an opinion - if Jack could fly high, he should have decided to climb that tree! He thought this was very silly, but knew it would be worth it.

So he put his arms out and waved at the bird, saying ‘hello, I want to help!’. Jack knew the bird wanted him to find a way for him to reach the top. He took some of the leaves off the branch and put them back down on the ground.
